Getting A Quote

If you'd like a free no-obligation quote, please get in touch with us at the office by either calling or emailing us. We would be happy to book in an appointment for you as soon as possibe with one of our installers.


We will ask for your personal details, the location of the project, what items you are thinking of purchasing. It would also be beneficial to let us know if you have any design ideas regarding materials, styles, or colours.


We will arrange an appointment to suit your schedule, and one of our expert installers will visit your home to look at your project. They will discuss with you your vision and talk you through some of the options and practicialites in relation to your home specifically. 


We will send you back a quote via post or email as soon as possible after this appointment. Our quotes are itemised so you see exactly how much each item costs and make an informed decision.

Finalising Your Order

Our quotes are valid for 30 days so you have plenty of time to make your decision. Once you have decided, all you need to do is get back in touch and quote your name or address and we will be able to start your order for you.


We will ask you about which items on your quote you would like to go ahead with, and book in one further appointment with our expert installers to visit your property once more. At this appointment they will take ordering measurements for your items to ensure no mistakes, and run through the details of exactly what you would like for your project so we can ensure we make the correct order. 


We will then send you a contract detailling all that was discussed in this appointment which we require signing and returning to us. We will also require a 50% deposit payment, and then we will order your items on your behalf from one of our quality supplier.

Planning Your Installation

Once we have made your order, it can be a little while before we receive a delivery date from the manufacturer. We will keep you updated on progress, but depeinding on the material and quantity of products you order, the lead-times can vary. 


As soon as we have taken successfully delivery of your items and checked them over thoroughly for quality control, we will be in touch to arrange an installation date that suits you. 


We will inform you when we call to book in the installation of how many days we are likely going to need to complete your project. This will allow you to arrange these works to happen at a time that suits you and your schedule.

Your Aftercare Package

Once your installation is complete, we will ask you to check it over and make sure you are happy with the finished results prior to our installers leaving on that final day.


Once you have confirmed you are happy withe the whole installation, we will then send you the final 50% invoice which is only due after the installation hads been fully completed. 


Once paid, we can guarantee all your items. All our installations come with a Simon Cousins Guarantee, a FENSA guarantee, and a HomePro Insurance Back Guarantee, so you get full peace of mind eve after all the work is done. 


If you have any problems with your installation, our office team is always available to talk to, and we will endeavour to sort out any issues you have promptly and effectively.
